🛍️ Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and authenticity reasons, all fragrance purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Personal scent preference


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@trustmyscent.com

  2. Provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged product

    • Photos of the outer packaging

    • Order number

Once verified:

  • We will initiate an insurance claim with the shipping carrier

  • A replacement product will be sent at no additional cost


🚫 Unauthorized Returns

We do not accept returns without prior approval.

Any items sent back without contacting us first will:

  • Not be accepted

  • Not be eligible for refund or replacement


🔄 Return Authorization Process

If a return is approved (only in eligible cases):

  1. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions

  2. A return label may be issued based on the case
